Job Overview

We're looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who understands how B2B email actually works—not just broadcast newsletters, but multi-step outreach sequences, lead nurture flows, and cold email campaigns that get replies from decision-makers at manufacturing and industrial companies.

This is a hands-on execution role. You'll manage campaigns end-to-end across multiple clients—from ICP research and sequence writing to sending, tracking, and optimisation. You'll coordinate with the Account Management and Content teams, but the email programme is yours to own.

Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution

Plan and execute multi-step email outreach sequences for B2B clients (cold email, lead nurture, and re-engagement campaigns).
Build and maintain segmented prospect lists based on ICP definitions.
Write subject lines, email copy, and CTAs—short, punchy, and engaging.
Set up and manage campaigns using tools like Instantly, Merge Mail, GMASS, Smart lead, Apollo, Zoho Campaigns, or Mailchimp.
Configure sending limits, warm-up schedules, and monitor domain health.

Performance & Optimisation

Track open rates, reply rates, bounce rates, and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email copy, and sending schedules.
Identify underperforming campaigns and optimise email sequences.
Flag positive replies to the Account Manager within 2 hours for sales handover.

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare weekly outreach reports with campaign performance and insights.
Coordinate with the Content and Design teams for personalised email assets.
Maintain campaign hygiene, including list cleaning, unsubscribe management, and blacklist monitoring.

What Success Looks LikeFirst 30 Days

Understand 2–3 client ICPs.
Take ownership of at least one live email campaign.
Deliver weekly campaign reports independently.

Days 31–60

Launch a new email sequence from scratch.
Achieve a 40%+ open rate on at least one campaign.
Generate and hand over qualified positive replies to the sales team.

Days 61–90

Independently manage 3+ client email programmes.
Proactively recommend improvements to email copy and campaigns.
Generate consistent replies and contribute to booked meetings.

Required Qualifications Must Have

2–4 years of hands-on Email Marketing experience (B2B experience strongly preferred).
Proven experience writing cold email copy that generates replies.
Experience with one or more outreach tools:
Merge Mail
GMASS
Instantly
Smartlead
Apollo
Zoho Campaigns
Mailchimp
Ability to analyse campaign data and optimise performance independently.
Excellent written English with clear and concise communication.
Good understanding of email deliverability, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up, and sending limits.

Good to Have

Experience working with B2B manufacturing, industrial, or export sector clients.
Familiarity with Zoho CRM or HubSpot.
Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach as a complementary lead generation channel.
Experience building prospect lists using Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
