Art Director

Job Title: Art Director
Location: Sector 142, Noida
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Art Director to lead our creative team and shape compelling visual concepts across digital and print media. The ideal candidate should possess a strong design background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into impactful creative campaigns. Experience in real estate marketing or a digital marketing agency is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the creative direction for branding, marketing campaigns, and digital communications.
Develop innovative visual concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, video editors, and creative professionals.
Review and approve creative assets before final delivery, ensuring high-quality standards.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and client servicing teams to execute integrated campaigns.
Oversee the design of social media creatives, digital ads, brochures, presentations, websites, and print materials.
Ensure consistency in brand identity across all marketing channels.
Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and emerging creative technologies.
Manage multiple projects, timelines, and creative resources efficiently.

Required Skills

Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
Excellent creative thinking and conceptualization skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to provide constructive feedback and guide designers toward high-quality output.
Experience working on integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining creative excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
7–10 years of experience in graphic design or creative roles, with 2+ years in a leadership position.
Experience in a digital marketing agency or real estate marketing is highly preferred.
Knowledge of motion graphics, video production, and UI/UX principles is an added advantage.
