Meta Ads Manager / Performance Marketing Specialist

Location: Delhi
Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month

Filohevis is a growing fashion brand focused on building a strong D2C presence through great products, content, and performance marketing.

We are looking for a Meta Ads Manager / Performance Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our Meta advertising performance and help us scale efficiently.

This is not a role where you simply launch campaigns and report numbers. We need someone who can deeply analyse campaign performance, identify what is working and what isn't, regularly review creatives, and proactively recommend what we should test, change, and scale.

What You'll Be Responsible ForMeta Ads Management & Performance

Plan, set up, manage, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance on a regular basis and make data-driven optimisation decisions.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of ad spend.
Analyse key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR, AOV, CAC, frequency, and overall revenue contribution.
Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns while reducing inefficient ad spend.
Conduct regular campaign audits and identify performance gaps.

Analysis & Insights

Provide regular, actionable performance reports and insights — not just screenshots of Ads Manager.
Analyse campaign, audience, placement, funnel, product, and creative-level performance.
Identify trends and patterns in customer behaviour and campaign performance.
Clearly communicate what happened, why it happened, and what we should do next.
Track performance against targets and proactively flag issues before they become major problems.
Help build a structured testing and optimisation framework for Meta.

Creative Analysis & Strategy

Frequently review our ad creatives and understand which hooks, formats, messaging, products, and visual styles are driving performance.
Analyse creative performance and identify winning patterns.
Work closely with the creative/content team to suggest new ad concepts, hooks, angles, formats, copy, and creative variations.
Proactively identify creative fatigue and recommend when creatives need to be refreshed.
Stay updated with current Meta creative trends and what is working within the fashion/D2C space.
Translate performance data into clear creative recommendations.

Testing & Growth

Develop and execute structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, offers, copy, formats, and campaign structures.
Continuously look for new opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency and scale.
Research competitor advertising and identify relevant opportunities for Filohevis.
Experiment with new campaign structures, creative approaches, audiences, and growth strategies.
Work closely with the wider marketing team to align paid media with product launches, offers, and brand campaigns.

What We're Looking For

4-5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads with meaningful budgets.
Prior experience working with fashion, apparel, lifestyle, beauty, or other D2C brands is strongly needed.
Agency experience is a strong plus, especially if you have managed multiple brands/campaigns and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, campaign structures, audiences, retargeting, attribution, and optimisation.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn numbers into clear business insights and actions.
Good understanding of performance marketing metrics and D2C funnels.
Strong creative understanding — you should be able to look at an ad and have an opinion on why it will or won't work.
Proactive mindset. We want someone who comes to us with ideas, rather than waiting to be told what to do.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Comfortable working closely with creative, content, and marketing teams.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of performance.

Doesn't wait for the creative team to ask for feedback — you actively tell them which creatives need to be made and why.
Understands that performance marketing and creative strategy go hand in hand.
Can look at an Ads Manager dashboard and quickly identify the important story hidden in the numbers.
Is constantly testing, learning, and looking for the next growth opportunity.
Has a strong understanding of fashion consumers and D2C buying behaviour.
Can balance analytical thinking with creative thinking.
