As we continue to grow, we are looking for an AI Product Manager based in Jaipur who can lead end-to-end product delivery while transforming client engagements into product-thinking opportunities.
Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Product Manager who believes every client engagement should be managed like a product—not simply a project.
You will own the product lifecycle from discovery through deployment, ensuring customer needs, business objectives, AI capabilities, engineering excellence, and delivery execution remain aligned throughout the journey.
The ideal candidate understands that successful delivery is not simply about completing requirements. It is about creating measurable business outcomes, maximizing customer value, and building scalable and reusable solutions.
Key Responsibilities1. Product Ownership
- Own the complete product lifecycle from discovery to production.
- Translate business challenges and customer needs into clear product opportunities.
- Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics.
- Drive customer-centric decision-making throughout product development.
- Ensure product features and releases create measurable business value.
- Establish clear product goals and communicate priorities across teams.
2. Product-Led Client Delivery
- Treat every client engagement as a product with long-term scalability and maintainability in mind.
- Shift discussions from feature requests toward business outcomes and customer value.
- Define product strategy alongside delivery plans.
- Balance customer expectations, engineering constraints, timelines, scope, and business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to convert custom client solutions into reusable product capabilities.
- Establish scalable product practices across client engagements.
3. AI Product Management
- Identify where AI can create measurable business value rather than adding unnecessary complexity.
- Define AI-powered workflows, intelligent automation, copilots, and AI agents.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and technical teams to deliver production-ready AI capabilities.
- Understand and evaluate technologies including LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, MCP, and enterprise AI integrations.
- Define AI use cases based on customer problems, feasibility, business impact, and expected ROI.
- Drive responsible and practical AI adoption throughout product development.
- Work with technical teams to evaluate AI performance, reliability, scalability, and user experience.
4. Customer Discovery & Requirement Gathering
- Conduct structured discovery workshops with customers and stakeholders.
- Understand user personas, workflows, pain points, business objectives, and success criteria.
- Gather requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, research, and data.
- Identify the underlying business problem behind customer requests.
- Convert ambiguous ideas and requirements into clear product opportunities and specifications.
- Validate assumptions before committing to product solutions.
5. Product Strategy & Roadmapping
- Prioritize product initiatives based on business impact, customer value, strategic importance, and technical feasibility.
- Define and maintain product roadmaps.
- Create MVP strategies and incremental release plans.
- Define feature priorities and acceptance criteria.
- Balance innovation, customer requests, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.
- Continuously evaluate product opportunities based on customer feedback and market needs.
6. Delivery Leadership
- Work closely with Engineering Managers, Architects, Designers, QA, AI Engineers, and Customer Success teams.
- Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, release planning, and product reviews.
- Ensure teams have clear requirements, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
- Identify and remove product and delivery blockers proactively.
- Monitor delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and scope changes.
- Ensure predictable, high-quality releases aligned with product objectives.
7. Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as a strategic bridge between customers, engineering, leadership, and business teams.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, priorities, progress, risks, and recommendations.
- Lead product discussions with customers and senior stakeholders.
- Manage expectations through transparent and structured communication.
- Handle conflicting priorities and facilitate data-driven decisions.
- Build trusted relationships with customers by demonstrating strong product and business understanding.
8. Product Analytics & Optimization
- Define and monitor product KPIs, adoption metrics, customer engagement, delivery efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Use product and customer data to prioritize improvements.
- Analyze product performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Establish feedback loops with customers and internal teams.
- Drive continuous product improvement based on data, user feedback, and business results.

Required Experience
- 6–12 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Digital Product Management, or Product Delivery.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise software products or complex digital solutions.
- Experience managing AI-powered, SaaS, data-driven, or technology products is highly preferred.
- Experience working with global clients and distributed stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Agile product development and modern software delivery practices.
- Proven experience managing products across discovery, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
