Team Leader / Sales Trainer – FD Card SalesJob Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader / Sales Trainer to lead our FD Card Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, conducting product and sales training, monitoring daily performance, and ensuring the achievement of individual and team sales targets. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build a high-performing sales team through continuous coaching and motivation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and supervise the FD Card Sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly business targets.
Conduct complete product training, sales process training, objection handling sessions, and customer communication training for new and existing team members.
Coach team members on effective sales conversations, customer engagement, and closing techniques.
Monitor daily sales activities, productivity, attendance, and performance of team members.
Identify performance gaps and provide regular coaching and improvement plans.
Motivate the team to consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Support team members in resolving customer concerns and closing difficult sales.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and quality standards.
Conduct regular performance reviews, team meetings, and refresher training sessions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
Coordinate with senior management to implement new sales strategies and improve overall team performance.
Maintain a positive, disciplined, and performance-driven work environment.
Take complete ownership of team productivity, target achievement, and operational efficiency.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Team Leadership, Telecalling, Banking, Financial Products, or Sales Training.
Experience in handling and motivating a sales team is preferred.
Fresh leadership experience with excellent sales performance may also be considered.

The performance of the Team Leader will be evaluated based on:

Achievement of individual and team sales targets.
Improvement in team conversion rate and productivity.
Quality of training delivered to new and existing employees.
Team attendance, discipline, and retention.
Customer satisfaction and service quality.
Timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Compliance with company policies and operational standards.
