IHW Council is looking for an experienced Vice President (VP) to drive overall business growth, strategic partnerships, revenue, and organizational development. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in healthcare, media, events, corporate partnerships, or related sectors, along with a proven track record of leading large teams and high-value business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead the organization’s business and growth strategy.
Drive revenue through strategic partnerships, sponsorships, events, awards, and corporate engagements.
Build and manage relationships with healthcare organizations, hospitals, pharma companies, corporates, and senior industry leaders.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic alliances.
Lead and mentor senior teams across sales, marketing, events, and business development.
Own key client and stakeholder relationships at the CXO/leadership level.
Oversee business performance, revenue targets, budgets, and profitability.
Represent IHW Council at industry forums, conferences, and strategic meetings.
Work closely with leadership to identify new markets, offerings, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

16+ years of relevant experience in senior leadership, business development, sales, strategy, or partnerships.
Strong experience in healthcare, pharma, hospitals, healthcare media, events, or related industries preferred.
Proven track record of driving revenue, partnerships, and business growth.
Strong network among healthcare brands, corporates, industry leaders, and decision-makers.
Experience managing large teams and multiple business functions.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
