Job Description – Junior Executive – Branding (Central Support Team)

Department: Branding – Central Support Team (CST)
Location: Trichy, Tamil Nadu

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Candidates with relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, Branding, Content Management, or related areas will have an added advantage.

As part of our growing Central Support Team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and well-organized Junior Executive – Branding to support and coordinate branding, communication, and promotional activities across the Kauvery Hospital network.

Role Overview

The Junior Executive – Branding (Central Support Team) will support the planning, coordination, execution, and tracking of branding and communication initiatives across Kauvery Hospital units.

The role involves working closely with internal departments, hospital units, doctors, creative teams, and other stakeholders to ensure branding activities and campaigns are executed accurately and within timelines.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable with follow-ups, and capable of coordinating multiple activities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

1. Meeting Coordination & Follow-up

Attend key branding and organizational meetings as required.
Prepare and circulate accurate Minutes of Meetings (MoM).
Document actionable points and maintain appropriate trackers.
Regularly follow up with respective stakeholders to ensure action points are completed within agreed timelines.

2. Doctor Profile Management

Coordinate with doctors and respective departments to collect profile information.
Create and update profiles of new and existing doctors on the hospital website.
Ensure doctor information is accurate, complete, consistent, and updated on time.
Coordinate corrections and modifications whenever required.

3. Vazhga Valamudan & Speaker Coordination

Coordinate with Vazhga Valamudan speakers regarding topics, schedules, and other requirements.
Follow up with speakers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely confirmation.
Support the team in ensuring smooth coordination and execution of sessions.

4. Creative & Branding Coordination

Coordinate with the Central Support Team for internal creative and branding requirements.
Support both new branding initiatives and updates/modifications to existing materials.
Follow up with relevant stakeholders for content, approvals, revisions, and finalization.
Ensure branding materials adhere to organizational brand guidelines.

5. Creative Repository Management

Ensure final and approved design files are shared and stored in the designated repository.
Maintain proper organization of creative assets for easy access and future reference.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure the latest approved versions are available.

6. Departmental & Organizational Promotions

Work closely with the CST team to coordinate departmental and organization-wide promotional requirements.
Support internal communication and promotional activities.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely execution of promotional materials.

7. Group-Level Screen Saver Promotions

Coordinate group-level screen saver promotions across Kauvery Hospital units.
Ensure creatives are approved and communicated to the relevant teams within timelines.
Ensure consistency of communication and adherence to Kauvery Hospital branding guidelines.

8. Webinar Coordination

Coordinate webinars and support end-to-end execution.
Follow up with speakers and internal stakeholders regarding schedules, content, creatives, and other requirements.
Support webinar communication and promotional activities.

9. AV Team Activity Tracking

Maintain and regularly update the AV Team Activity Tracker.
Follow up on ongoing assignments and ensure timely status updates.
Escalate delays or pending activities to the reporting manager wherever required.

10. Unit-Level Campaign Support

Coordinate and support branding and promotional campaigns across Kauvery Hospital units.
Act as a coordination point between the Central Support Team and respective unit teams.
Follow up on campaign requirements, creatives, approvals, and execution.
Track the progress of unit-level campaigns and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Candidates with experience coordinating creative requirements and marketing campaigns will be preferred.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up capabilities.
Ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders and manage simultaneous assignments.
Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
