1. Job Title : SPE-Policy Servicing 2. Job Summary : This role focuses on accurate and timely policy servicing for life and annuities insurance clients within a hybrid work model and rotational shifts. The specialist will manage policy data documentation and customer requests using MS Office tools while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards.

The role supports business continuity and enhances customer trust through reliable operations. 3. Experience : 1 - 3 years 4. Required Skills : Technical Skills: MS Office Domain Skills: 5.

Responsibilities : -Process policy servicing requests for life and annuities products to ensure accurate updates and smooth ongoing policy administration for customers -Review policy documents and supporting records to validate completeness and correctness before updating internal systems and shared repositories -Coordinate with internal operations teams to clarify policy details and resolve data discrepancies that may impact customer service or regulatory compliance -Maintain updated records of policy transactions in MS Office based trackers to provide clear visibility of work status and audit readiness -Prepare service summaries and activity reports using MS Excel and MS Word to support performance monitoring and process improvement discussions -Respond to internal stakeholder queries in a timely manner using clear written and verbal communication in English to ensure consistent service delivery -Adhere to defined standard operating procedures and quality guidelines to minimize errors and reduce rework in policy servicing activities -Support rotational shift operations by managing assigned workloads efficiently and ensuring smooth handover of work items across shifts -Identify recurring issues in policy servicing workflows and share observations with supervisors to enable continuous improvement and risk reduction -Verify key policy attributes such as customer details coverage information and payment related data to safeguard accuracy of core insurance records -Utilize MS Office tools to organize tasks track progress and manage daily priorities in alignment with service level expectations and team objectives -Collaborate with quality and compliance teams by providing required documentation and clarifications to support internal controls and external audits -Contribute to a customer focused culture by ensuring that every policy servicing action supports long term trust and aligns with the company mission to protect financial well being -Qualifications -Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications including word processing spreadsheets and presentations to handle policy data reporting and documentation tasks effectively -Possess foundational knowledge of life and annuities insurance concepts such as policy issuance policy changes and policy payouts to interpret servicing requests accurately -Exhibit strong written and spoken English communication skills to document work clearly and interact with stakeholders in a professional and concise manner -Show attention to detail and numerical accuracy when reviewing policy values premiums and related figures to prevent processing errors and customer impact -Apply basic analytical skills to identify inconsistencies in policy information and propose corrective actions in coordination with supervisors and relevant teams -Display adaptability to hybrid work arrangements and rotational shifts by managing time responsibilities and virtual collaboration tools efficiently -Demonstrate a customer centric mindset by prioritizing service quality responsiveness and reliability in every policy servicing interaction 9.
