Full job description

Assist the Nursing Superintendent in managing daily nursing operations.
Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality patient care.
Prepare duty rosters and manage staff scheduling.
Monitor patient safety and infection control practices.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and nursing protocols.
Guide and support nursing staff in clinical procedures.
Conduct nursing rounds and resolve patient care issues promptly.
Coordinate with doctors and other departments for smooth patient care.
Maintain nursing records, reports, and documentation accurately.
Organize orientation and training programs for nursing staff.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of nursing employees.
Ensure availability and proper utilization of nursing equipment and supplies.
Handle patient and attendant complaints related to nursing services.
Participate in emergency response and disaster management activities.
Perform any other duties assigned by hospital management.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
