We are looking for a trainer who can teach, influence, inspire confidence, and convert students during demo sessions.

If you have a proven track record of conducting CELPIP demos that lead to enrollments, understand student psychology, and know how to build trust quickly, this opportunity is for you.

This is a high-impact role where your ability to connect with students and increase conversions matters as much as your teaching skills.

LinguoPrep is a fast-growing language preparation institute specializing in CELPIP, IELTS, and PTE coaching, with a strong focus on students and professionals pursuing Canadian Permanent Residency (PR).

Our students are primarily based in Canada and are serious about achieving CLB 7, CLB 9, and higher language scores.

Key Responsibilities

Demo Classes & Student Conversion

* Conduct engaging and professional CELPIP demo sessions.

* Identify student weaknesses within the first interaction.

* Build confidence and trust with prospective students.

* Explain CELPIP scoring criteria and improvement strategies clearly.

* Demonstrate expertise that motivates students to enroll.

* Work closely with the counseling team to improve demo-to-enrollment conversion.

* Handle student concerns and objections naturally during demos.

* Deliver a premium learning experience that differentiates LinguoPrep from competitors.

CELPIP Training

* Teach Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules.

* Conduct live classes and mock test sessions.

* Evaluate student performance using CELPIP rubrics.

* Provide detailed feedback and score-improvement plans.

* Help students achieve target scores efficiently.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 2 years of CELPIP training experience
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong presentation and communication skills
Experience conducting demo sessions
Deep understanding of CELPIP scoring system
Comfortable teaching students located in Canada
Strong confidence in handling live classes and student interactions
Ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner
