AI Prompt Architect

Aertrip is redefining the future of travel through AI-driven innovation. We leverage cutting-edge AI/ML, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI systems to build intelligent, multimodal, and deeply intuitive travel experiences.

Our AI ecosystem integrates voice, text, visual interfaces, and automation, combining both commercial and open-source technologies to deliver scalable, high-quality user experiences. We are building the next generation of AI-powered travel platforms impacting millions of users.

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on AI Prompt Architect to design, optimize, and deploy advanced prompt strategies and AI agent workflows. The role focuses on selecting appropriate LLMs for specific tasks, building multi-agent systems, and ensuring fast, accurate, and user-friendly AI-driven experiences across Aertrip products.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions and rapid MVPs.

Key Responsibilities1. Prompt Engineering & LLM Optimization

Design and refine high-quality prompts for LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, and LLaMA
Optimize prompts for accuracy, performance, latency, and cost efficiency
Evaluate and select LLMs based on task suitability, scalability, and output quality

2. Agentic AI Architecture

Build a master AI agent to decompose user queries and route them to specialized agents (Flights, Hotels, Booking, Support, etc.)
Develop a Quality Analyzer Agent to validate outputs against user intent and ensure correctness
Continuously improve multi-agent workflows for speed, reliability, and accuracy

3. Multimodal & User Experience Integration

Design multimodal AI systems including voice, text, and video interfaces
Enable multilingual capabilities using third-party tools and plugins
Integrate visual AI assistants (e.g., Tavus.io) for enhanced user interaction
Enable GUI + AI fusion for interactive on-screen workflows

4. System & Data Integration

Integrate LLMs with internal databases, APIs, and external tools for contextual responses
Work with vector databases and retrieval systems to improve grounding and relevance

Required Skills & Qualifications

1+ years of experience in AI, LLMs, automation, or related systems
Strong Python programming skills with experience in APIs and backend integration
Hands-on experience in prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, and evaluation
Familiarity with LangChain, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG systems
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to build and ship MVPs quickly
Passion for AI, automation, and real-world product development
