Job Description: Web Designer & Technology Assistant to the Tech Lead

We are seeking a versatile Web Designer and Technology Assistant to bridge the gap between high-end visual design and technical execution. This role focuses on building seamless user experiences across Bubble.io and GoHighLevel, while providing direct technical support and project coordination for the Tech Lead.

Core ResponsibilitiesBubble & GoHighLevel Web Design

High-Fidelity Visual Design: Design, build, and maintain custom web applications and client dashboards. You must have a keen eye for design, ensuring all interfaces are modern, intuitive, and visually cohesive.
Marketing & CRM Systems (GoHighLevel): Build and optimize high-converting funnels and landing pages. You will be responsible for ensuring that layouts are not only functional but aesthetically polished and on-brand.
Workflow Automation: Develop sophisticated automation logic within both platforms to streamline business processes, lead nurturing, and data synchronization.
API & Integration Management: Use the Bubble API Connector and GHL integrations to link e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and third-party tools into a unified ecosystem.

Technology Assistance & Tech Lead Support

Strategic Assistance: Act as the "right hand" to the Tech Lead, assisting in the evaluation of new software, architectural planning, and technical documentation.
Technical Troubleshooting: Serve as the first line of defense for platform bugs, integration errors, and CSS/layout issues across all web properties.
Performance & UI Audits: Audit applications and funnels for speed and mobile responsiveness, while ensuring that the visual integrity of the design is maintained across all devices.
Project Liaison: Collaborate with designers and marketers to translate creative concepts into technical requirements.

Qualifications

Design-Centric Approach: A strong aesthetic sense and a proven "eye for design." You should understand typography, color theory, and spacing to create professional, "non-templated" looking sites.
Platform Expertise: Proven experience building and launching functional applications in Bubble.io and designing high-performance assets in GoHighLevel.
Front-End Proficiency: Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to extend the native visual capabilities of no-code tools.
Logic & Data Modeling: Solid understanding of database design, privacy rules, and conditional logic.
Integration Skills: Experience working with REST APIs, Webhooks, and middleware (like Zapier or Make).

Bonus Points

Experience with Figma or Adobe XD for prototyping.
Knowledge of Shopify development (Liquid) or general e-commerce management.
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and user psychology.
