As the Enterprise SaaS Sales Specialist, you will own and shape the end-to-end enterprise sales motion, from prospecting and pipeline development to closing and handoff to Customer Success. You’ll work with leadership to develop GTM strategies, build and lead a growing sales function, and partner with Product, Data, and Solutions Engineering to win strategically important accounts.
What You’ll Own:
✅ Full sales cycle ownership for enterprise clients, from pipeline to closure.
✅ Develop and execute GTM strategies in collaboration with leadership and cross-functional partners.
✅ Build, hire, and lead an enterprise SaaS sales team as LogisticsNow scales.
✅ Collaborate with Tech, Data, and Customer Success to win and expand strategic accounts.
✅ Feedback-driven product impact: deeply understand customer needs and influence product roadmap.
What We’re Looking For
✅ 7–10 years of B2B SaaS enterprise sales experience.
✅ Proven track record of closing 7-figure deals and consistently meeting/exceeding quotas.
✅ Prior experience selling supply chain, logistics, or transportation SaaS is a strong plus.
✅ High-trust relationship builder with C-level buyers (CEO, COO, CIO/CTO, VP Logistics, VP/Director IT, etc.).
✅ Startup or fast-scaling GTM experience preferred.
✅ Self-starter, high ownership, low ego, ability to operate in ambiguity.
✅ Collaborative mindset to work with product, data, engineering, and CS teams.
Technical & Business Skills
✅ ROI/value-selling capability: quantify business impact, TCO, and time-to-value.
✅ Familiarity with procurement, contracting, security, data privacy, and compliance considerations.
✅ Experience with ERP, WMS/TMS, EDI, API connectors and modern cloud architectures.
✅ Proficient in CRM and sales tech stack; strong forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and analytics.
What You’ll Do in Practice
✅ Target and engage named enterprise accounts with multi-threaded engagement across procurement, IT, operations, and executives.
✅ Craft and articulate compelling value propositions, ROI analyses, and business cases tailored to each account.
✅ Lead executive conversations; deliver impactful product demonstrations; present implementation roadmaps and reference architectures.
✅ Drive negotiations across legal, security, data privacy, and compliance; structure multi-year, multi-element deals (subscription, usage, services, integrations).
✅ Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Professional Services to ensure time-to-value during onboarding.
✅ Identify and cultivate expansion opportunities; develop formal motions to upsell/cross-sell across modules (visibility, optimization, analytics, integrations).
✅ Mentor junior sellers as the team grows; participate in demand generation, events, and industry forums.
Travel
✅ Willingness to travel as needed to engage key accounts and GTM activities.
