The Role

You'll be the execution engine behind FlytBase's outbound pipeline. Every cold email, every sequence, every lead enrichment task—you'll own it end-to-end. This isn't about waiting for approvals or handing work up the chain. You'll run campaigns start to finish: building target lists in tools like Clay/lemlist, writing sequences that actually get replies, setting up landing pages, and turning website signals into qualified meetings. You'll work directly under our Demand Gen Lead, learning outbound at a company where every email matters—we're not spraying and praying to generic lists. When our Radar tool picks up a signal that an enterprise is evaluating drone software, you'll turn that into a targeted list and get it to our reps within hours. This is apprenticeship-level learning with enterprise-level impact.

What You'll Own

Execute outbound sequences: list building in Clay/Apollo, sequence copy iteration, reply handling, meeting booking Run campaign ops: landing page setup, UTM tracking, form creation, and performance measurement for every campaign Maintain CRM hygiene: lead deduplication, data enrichment, stage transitions, and quality audits across our Salesforce instance Monitor market signals: daily radar tool and tender feed analysis, converting intelligence into target lists Build weekly pipeline reports: meetings booked, opportunities created, sequence performance analytics Optimize AI workflows: prompt engineering for list building, lead scoring, and email personalization at scale Support AE handoffs: ensuring clean data transfer and context when outbound leads convert to opportunities Experiment with new channels: testing LinkedIn outreach, event-triggered campaigns, and emerging outbound tactics

Best Suited For

0-2 years B2B marketing, sales ops, or campaign management experience—internships count CRM fluency: you've lived in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive and know data hygiene matters Strong business writing: you can craft cold emails that don't sound robotic AI-native mindset: already using Claude, ChatGPT, Lovable, Make, n8n and other AI tools to do work faster Excel/Sheets power user: pivot tables, vlookups, and data manipulation don't intimidate you High curiosity about outbound: you want to understand what makes prospects respond vs. ignore Executor personality: you'd rather run 10 small experiments than perfect one campaign for months LinkedIn savvy: comfortable with Sales Navigator and social selling basics

Who You'll Work With

You'll report to our Demand Gen Lead and work closely with our AI MarTech Associate on campaign automation. You'll also partner directly with our AE team to ensure smooth handoffs when outbound prospects convert to opportunities.
