Job Description

1. Service Back-End Operations Management

Lead and manage the service coordination/back-end team for call logging, scheduling, and closure.
Ensure accurate documentation of service activities (PM reports, installation reports, breakdown calls).
Monitor service call TAT, escalation handling, and closure efficiency.
Maintain proper audit trails and compliance with company SOPs.
Coordinate with field engineers for effective service execution.
Timely quotation submission

2. Service Sales Management

Drive AMC/CMC conversion, renewal, and uptime contracts.
Identify opportunities for service revenue growth (spares, upgrades, billable services).

3. MIS & Reporting

Prepare regular service dashboards and reports (uptime, contract coverage, call status, revenue).
Analyze performance data to identify gaps and improvement areas.
Share periodic updates with management.
Parts- Inventory management in India warehouse

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Service call closure TAT
AMC/CMC renewal & conversion rate
Service revenue achievement
Documentation & audit compliance
Customer satisfaction (CSAT)
Back-end efficiency metrics
