# Creative Operations Lead – AI & Social Media

## About RankHawn

RankHawn is a digital growth and AI-powered creative agency working with premium brands across real estate, healthcare, fintech, and consumer sectors.

We are building a new-age content system combining:

* AI-generated content,

* luxury social media execution,

* AI avatars,

* storytelling,

* video-first marketing,

* and operational excellence.

This is not a traditional social media manager role.

We are looking for someone who can think, manage, create, coordinate, and execute at a high level with minimal supervision.

# Role Overview

You will own the end-to-end execution of social media and AI-powered content operations for premium brands, including real estate projects and RankHawn’s internal brands.

You will work directly with the founder, video editors, AI tools, and clients to ensure content quality, storytelling, consistency, and timely execution.

This role requires:

* strong creative judgment,

* operational discipline,

* attention to detail,

* understanding of luxury aesthetics,

* AI tool familiarity,

* and high ownership mentality.

# Key Responsibilities

## Content & Storyboarding

* Create reel concepts and storyboard presentations before production.

* Plan shot-by-shot flow for videos.

* Write hooks, captions, CTA ideas, and content angles.

* Maintain premium visual storytelling quality.

* Understand what performs on Instagram and short-form video platforms.

## Social Media Operations

* Manage complete social media workflow for clients and internal brands.

* Coordinate content calendars, posting schedules, stories, and publishing.

* Ensure brand consistency across all posts and presentations.

* Maintain platform discipline and timely execution.

## AI Avatar & AI Content Workflows

* Create and manage AI avatars, AI voice workflows, and AI-generated content pipelines.

* Work with tools like:

* HeyGen

* ElevenLabs

* ChatGPT

* Runway

* Midjourney / Flux

* Higgsfield

* Improve workflows using AI wherever possible without compromising quality.

## Creative Coordination

* Coordinate with video editors and freelancers.

* Give clear editing instructions and feedback.

* Reduce unnecessary revisions through better planning and direction.

* Ensure final outputs are polished before client delivery.

## Client Coordination

* Understand client requirements clearly.

* Present ideas professionally.

* Handle feedback cycles efficiently.

* Ensure minimal communication gaps.

# What We Are Looking For

## Mandatory

* Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content.

* Ability to independently create storyboards and content concepts.

* Excellent attention to detail.

* Understanding of luxury, premium, or real estate branding.

* Strong communication and coordination skills.

* High ownership mindset.

* Ability to manage multiple moving tasks simultaneously.

## Preferred

* Experience in real estate, luxury, hospitality, or premium brands.

* Experience with AI avatar tools and AI-generated content.

* Basic understanding of video editing workflows.

* Understanding of hooks, retention, and viral content structure.

* Experience managing editors or creators.
