We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant who is looking for a meaningful, flexible, part-time role that sits at the exciting intersection of Audit Domain Expertise and Cutting-Edge AI Technology.
As a Part-Time Domain Consultant, you will play a key client-facing role for our audit automation platform – AssureAI – working directly with the CA community. This is not a back-office role; you will be one of the professionals directly engaging with senior CA partners and their teams, conducting product demonstrations, leading training sessions for CA firm staff, and creating compelling AI-generated video content to support business development efforts.
This role is ideal for qualified CA professionals who may have stepped away from full-time work due to domestic or personal commitments but are eager to stay professionally engaged, leverage their domain expertise, and upskill with the latest AI and technology tools.

Key Responsibilities
1. Product Mastery & Domain Expertise
- Undergo comprehensive training on all modules of the AssureAI Audit Automation Tool
- Work independently on 10 client files end to end to build a thorough understanding of both the audit domain workflows and the tool’s capabilities.
- Demonstrate command over the product through practical, file-level proficiency before taking on client-facing responsibilities.
2. Product Demonstrations & Client Engagement
- Conduct live, high-impact product demonstrations of AssureAI to prospective customers, including senior Chartered Accountants and Partners of CA Firms (small, mid-size, and large)
- Tailor demos to address real-world audit challenges, showcasing how AssureAI solves them
- Represent the ‘Domain Side’ of the company – translating technical capabilities into business value that resonates with the CA community
- Handle queries and objections from experienced audit professionals with confidence and domain depth
3. Training & Enablement
- Design and deliver training sessions for staff members and teams at CA firms on using AssureAI effectively
- Create training materials, quick-reference guides, and walkthroughs using AI-powered content tools
- Ensure trainees achieve proficiency and adoption of the tool in their day-to-day audit work
4. AI-Powered Content Creation
- Use state-of-the-art AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and others) to research, learn, and develop content for product communication.
- Create high-quality AI-generated videos using tools such as Elevenlabs.ai, Synthesia, or similar platforms – from scripting prompts to producing polished output.
- Develop compelling demo scripts, explainer videos, customer-facing collateral, and social media content leveraging Generative AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content is accurate, brand-consistent, and impactful.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Have Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – membership of ICAI
- Strong understanding of statutory audit, tax audit, and assurance processes
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills in English AND at least one additional language (Hindi or Tamil)
- Comfortable with technology and willing to learn and adopt AI-powered tools
- Ability to commit a minimum of 4 hours per day on a consistent basis
Preferred Attributes
1. Prior experience in audit practice (Articleship or post-qualification)
2. Experience conducting training, workshops, or client presentations preferable.
3. Familiarity with tally, audit software or ERP systems will be a plus
4. A natural curiosity for technology and AI trends
5. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote/hybrid setup

Engagement Structure
Time Commitment
Minimum 4 hours per day, flexible scheduling
Initial Phase
Training on AssureAI modules + working on 10 client files end to end
Ongoing Phase
Product demos, client training sessions, AI content creation
Work Location
Primarily remote with occasional on-site meetings
Compensation
Fixed monthly pay of not less than ₹50,000 + variable pay linked to key deliverables such as demo/training sessions conducted, AI videos produced, and other measurable outcomes.
