Technical Lead / Solution Architect
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Solution Architect who can take end-to-end ownership of application delivery across multiple modules. The candidate will act as the bridge between Business Analysts, stakeholders, and the development team, ensuring that requirements are properly understood, translated into technical solutions, and delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Ownership
* Take complete ownership of the technical delivery of all assigned modules and projects.
* Drive projects from requirement gathering through design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
* Ensure successful and timely delivery of project milestones and commitments.
* Monitor overall project progress and proactively address risks, blockers, and dependencies.
Requirements Management
* Work closely with Business Analysts (BA), Product Owners, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
* Analyze and convert business requirements into detailed technical requirements and implementation plans.
* Participate in requirement discussions and provide technical recommendations and feasibility assessments.
Solution Architecture & Design
* Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architectures aligned with business objectives.
* Prepare high-level and low-level architecture documents, technical specifications, and design diagrams.
* Define application architecture, integration approaches, data flow, and system design standards.
* Ensure adherence to architectural best practices and technology standards.
Team Management & Delivery
* Plan, allocate, and manage development tasks across the team based on skills, priorities, and project timelines.
* Track team deliverables and ensure work is completed according to agreed schedules.
* Coordinate with development, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
* Conduct regular reviews and provide status updates to management and stakeholders.
DevOps & Infrastructure Management
* Design and oversee CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable software delivery.
* Manage cloud infrastructure, deployment environments, and application hosting.
* Ensure high availability, scalability, monitoring, logging, and disaster recovery mechanisms.
* Work closely with DevOps teams to automate deployment, testing, and infrastructure provisioning.
* Implement and enforce security best practices across applications and infrastructure.
* Monitor system performance, infrastructure health, and operational metrics.
* Drive infrastructure optimization, cost management, and operational excellence initiatives.
Technical Guidance & Mentoring
* Provide technical leadership and hands-on support to the development team.
* Review code, designs, and technical solutions to ensure quality and maintainability.
* Guide developers in resolving technical challenges and implementing best practices.
* Mentor team members and support their technical growth.
Quality & Governance
* Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and development best practices.
* Drive technical excellence, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Participate in architecture reviews, technical discussions, and decision-making processes.
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong experience in software architecture, application design, and enterprise solution development.
* Proven experience leading development teams and managing end-to-end project delivery.
* Strong understanding of system architecture, design patterns, integrations, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
* Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud deployments.
* Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
* Experience in effort estimation, sprint planning, task allocation, and project tracking.
* Strong understanding of application security, monitoring, logging, and infrastructure management.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, QA, DevOps, and Management teams.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
* Experience with architecture documentation tools and solution design frameworks.
* Experience Azure(mandatory), or Google Cloud Platform environments.
* Relevant technical, cloud, DevOps, or architecture certifications are an added advantage.
