Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor – B2B Shipments

Nidhi's Grandmaa Secret is a fast-growing D2C brand committed to delivering high-quality products inspired by traditional wellness and care. As we continue to expand our B2B distribution network, we are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to manage warehouse operations and ensure smooth execution of B2B shipments.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, inventory management, order processing, and timely dispatch of B2B shipments. The role requires close coordination with logistics partners, sales teams, and warehouse staff to ensure efficient order fulfillment and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations

Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure proper inventory handling and storage practices.
Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization standards.
Manage and guide warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.

B2B Shipment Management

Coordinate and process B2B orders from distributors, retailers, marketplaces, and institutional clients.
Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and documentation of B2B shipments.
Plan and monitor shipment schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.
Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery.

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Coordinate replenishment requirements with procurement and production teams.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and shipment-related documents.
Maintain shipment and dispatch records.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports.
Track order fulfillment metrics and identify improvement opportunities.

Team Management

Supervise warehouse associates and support staff.
Allocate tasks and monitor team productivity.
Train team members on warehouse processes and safety procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
Experience handling B2B dispatches and warehouse supervision in a D2C, FMCG, consumer goods, or e-commerce environment.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.
Experience in managing B2B order fulfillment and dispatch processes.
Inventory control and stock management expertise.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and team management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/WMS platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
