We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive Accounts & Administration Manager to join our team at IIHM Goa.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Finance

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
Handle accounts payable, receivables, reconciliations, petty cash, and banking activities.
Maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports with accuracy.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and expense tracking.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and statutory bodies when required.
Ensure compliance with taxation, statutory, and financial regulations.
Maintain accurate payroll coordination and financial documentation.

Administration

Oversee general administrative operations of the campus and institutional facilities.
Coordinate with vendors, maintenance teams, and service providers.
Ensure smooth functioning of procurement, inventory, and operational requirements.
Manage documentation, agreements, office administration, and institutional compliance.
Support leadership with reports, coordination, and operational planning.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Tally is mandatory.
Minimum 3–7 years of experience in Accounts and Administration.
Good understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and office administration.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and reporting systems.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
