Full job description

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and versatile team member to help manage and grow our events brand. We’re a small, fast-moving team, so this role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, taking ownership, and working both independently and collaboratively.

About the Role

This person will support the overall backend operations of our events business, from client management and event coordination to vendor sourcing, venue logistics, and brand marketing. You’ll play a key role in ensuring events run smoothly while also helping grow and strengthen the brand presence.

Responsibilities

Manage backend operations for events from planning through execution
Coordinate with clients and maintain strong communication throughout the event process
Research, source, and coordinate with venues and vendors across USA (United States of America)
Handle timelines, logistics, scheduling, and event coordination details
Support overall project management and ensure deliverables stay on track
Assist with marketing initiatives for the events brand, including social media, partnerships, promotions, and brand growth efforts
Work closely with the team while also being able to independently manage tasks and problem-solve
Help improve systems, workflows, and operational efficiency as the company grows
Be adaptable and step into different areas of the business as needed

What We’re Looking For

Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Experience in events, hospitality, operations, marketing, or client management preferred
Comfortable coordinating with vendors, venues, and clients professionally
Self-starter who can work independently without constant oversight
Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative attitude
Creative thinker with an interest in brand growth and marketing
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive
Comfortable working in a startup-style environment where responsibilities may evolve
