The Opportunity
Lead Adobe’s global in-house Social & Programmatic buying function across all regions! This role coordinates multiple regional pods (AMER, EMEA, JAPAC), driving unified execution across paid social, organic social, and programmatic channels to improve full-funnel performance. What you'll Do
Manage and mentor a team of 5+ social media buyers, ensuring flawless daily campaign execution across platforms
Remain hands-on in-platform (Meta, TikTok, Snap, LinkedIn, etc.), supporting campaign builds, optimizations, and troubleshooting
Convert global strategy into regionally appropriate action plans, taking into account market nuances and platform differences
Coordinate campaign lifecycle: planning, setup, QA, launch, optimization, and reporting
Ensure strong operational rigor across tagging, tracking, pacing, and delivery
Monitor performance and guide optimizations across audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and placements
Partner with cross-functional teams (Creative, Analytics, Marketing Ops, Programmatic teams) to ensure seamless execution
Leverage platform automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and performance What you need to succeed
4–6+ years of hands-on paid social experience across major platforms
Proven experience managing campaigns end-to-end and optimizing toward performance goals
Prior team leadership or mentorship experience preferred
Solid grasp of regional market subtleties and audience behaviors
Familiarity with programmatic buying concepts or DSP platforms is a plus
Experience with social platform automation (Smartly.IO, Sprinklr etc), AI features, or performance tools
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
