Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying potential suppliers and vendors for various procurement needs.
Support the negotiation of contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Help in managing supplier relationships and performance monitoring.
Contribute to the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.
Assist in market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and trends.
Support in maintaining procurement records and documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand their procurement requirements.
Aid in ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Participate in cost analysis and budget tracking for procurement activities.
Learn and apply best practices in supply chain and procurement management.

Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related commercial discipline.
Experience Level: Open to ambitious management graduates, exceptional final-year students, or early-career professionals seeking accelerated exposure to cross-border B2B procurement networks.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:
Immediate availability for the entire duration of the 3-month tenure.
Strong understanding of foundational commercial law, trade arithmetic, or cross-border transaction structures is highly preferred.
Absolute professional discretion, data integrity, and compliance-oriented mindset.

Skills and Qualifications:
Strategic Global Visionaries: Candidates must possess a sharp, analytical mindset capable of conducting sophisticated global market research and cost analysis, ensuring our sourcing strategies remain highly competitive across fluctuating international commodity and freight grids.
High-Stakes Communication & Negotiation Architects: Must possess exceptional verbal and written articulation skills necessary to support complex contract negotiations, manage elite supplier relationships, and seamlessly align internal operational needs with external cross-border vendor timelines.
Rigorous Institutional Compliance Specialists: Must possess meticulous attention to detail and organizational discipline required to maintain flawless procurement documentation, adhere to strict international banking and trade policies, and quickly master structural supply chain mechanics.
