Profile responsibilities:

Act as the point of contact between clients & management.
Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
Efficiently carrying out editing work, graphic designing work in a creative manner.
Regularly write & produce content in different styles for covering letter
Comfortable in designing candidates CV as per international standards.
Creating concise, eye-catching, good content in English with innovative writing skills.
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system of Clients
Work and communicate with Sales team and Branch Manager for timely registration of Candidates.
Assign leads and manages any incoming sales enquiries.
Orient staff about company policies.
Replies to sponsor as well as host company emails from time to time and maintains good working relationships with Host, sponsor companies through email.
Ensuring candidates are submitting documentation as per country immigration guidelines and Host company requirements.
Maintain and update sales and customer records.
Communicate important feedback to customers internally.
Writing letters.
Stay up-to-date with changing country immigration norms.
Advise students on application procedures, visa applications, and preparing clients for the abroad programmes.
Provide all information sought precisely by the parent and/or student. Clarifying doubts in filling up of form or doubts of any other nature.
Help students with every detail from registration to fly to the host country.
Maintain a proper database of students counselled, and internship applications sent abroad.
Keep the company credentials document updated on a monthly basis
Ensure the interests of clients and the integrity of the market is at the centre of the business.
Identify the needs and objectives of the client and provide best advice based on information gathered and research conducted.
Treat clients fairly & act in a compliant and ethical manner.
Liaise with clients via phone, email and on a on a face to face basis
Provide constructive feedback to management.
Ensure that candidates get the right company services
Monitor sales people and ensure that false and wrong information is not going to esteemed customers.Accordingly report any false information given by sales team to the management.

Desired Candidates should have

Preferably Bachelors degree preferably in English literature or can be Masters Degree holder
Proven work experience of 2 years as an Admin Executive
Extensive knowledge about Immigration Industry
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent Writing skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
A team player with high level of commitment and dedication
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Full comprehension of office management systems including MS Office and procedures
Basic knowledge about Graphic Designing
Should be Result-orientated and able to work under pressure for all work done on time.
Should have experience of Public Relations, proofreading work and Editing Skills.
Should have analytical mindset with skills and experience in creative content writing.
Must be self motivated, hungry for a challenge & looking to make an immediate impact.
