Job Title: Senior Implementation Consultant – SaaS (HRTech)

Location: Noida

Department: Professional Services / SaaS Implementation

Reports To: Team Lead Implementation

About the Company

We are a leading HRTech SaaS organization delivering scalable Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients. Our platform competes with industry leaders in HRTech SAAS, enabling organizations to transform HR, payroll, talent, and workforce operations.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Implementation Consultant to lead complex, multi-module, enterprise-level HRTech SaaS implementations.

This role will act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, drive solution architecture decisions, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across multiple concurrent projects.

The ideal candidate combines deep HR domain expertise, strong technical acumen, and advanced stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Project Leadership

Lead end-to-end implementation of large-scale HRTech SaaS deployments
Own project delivery for multi-country or multi-entity organizations
Manage project risks, scope, change requests, and escalations
Mentor junior consultants and implementation analysts

Strategic Requirements & Solution Design

Facilitate executive-level discovery workshops
Translate complex HR, payroll, and compliance requirements into scalable system design
Provide best-practice recommendations aligned with product capabilities
Design scalable configuration frameworks for global deployments

Advanced System Configuration

Lead configuration of complex workflows, security frameworks, business rules, and integrations
Architect multi-module implementations (Core HR, Payroll, ATS, Performance, Workforce Planning, etc.)
Ensure alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements

Data & Integration Oversight

Oversee large-scale data migration strategy and governance
Review data mapping, transformation logic, and validation processes
Collaborate with integration teams on API-based integrations and middleware solutions

Testing & Quality Assurance

Develop and oversee UAT strategy
Ensure defect resolution and system optimization
Lead go-live readiness assessments and executive sign-offs

Client Advisory & Relationship Management

Serve as primary implementation advisor to CHROs, HR Directors, and IT leaders
Manage stakeholder expectations at executive level
Drive long-term adoption and value realization

Required Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in:
SaaS implementation (HRTech preferred), OR
HRIS consulting in enterprise environments
Proven track record leading complex, enterprise-level implementations
Deep knowledge of HR operations (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Compliance)
Experience with leading HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG, ADP)
Strong understanding of SaaS architecture and integrations (APIs, SFTP, middleware)
Experience managing cross-functional and global stakeholders
Excellent presentation and executive communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience implementing multi-country HR systems
Strong data migration expertise
Bachelors/Master’s degree in Commerce and Technology
Exposure to change management methodologies
