Full job description

We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and creative Marketing Communication Associate to manage the marketing and brand communication for our expanding portfolio, which includes multiple jewellery sub-brands and a growing franchise network.

In this role, the candidate will act as the custodian of each sub-brand’s unique identity while actively collaborating with franchise partners to drive local store walk-ins, execute regional campaigns, and ensure absolute brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, customer engagement, luxury retail communication, and innovative online & offline sales strategies for Gold, Diamond, and Jewellery products.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Online Sales

Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and YouTube.
Create engaging content, reels, campaigns, and promotional ideas for jewellery collections and sub-brands.
Plan and execute festive campaigns, online sales promotions, customer engagement activities, and branding initiatives.
Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, agencies, and influencers for marketing activities.
Handle online customer inquiries and support lead conversion initiatives.
Generate innovative online sales ideas to increase website/store footfall and customer retention.
Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement, and digital marketing reports.
Coordinate with franchise stores for local digital promotions and regional campaigns.

Marketing Communication & Brand Management

Develop marketing communication materials including brochures, banners, captions, SMS campaigns, emailers, advertisements, and promotional creatives.
Ensure consistent brand communication and premium luxury positioning across all marketing channels.
Maintain the unique identity and communication style of each jewellery sub-brand.
Coordinate jewellery exhibitions, festive campaigns, launch events, and customer engagement programs.
Work closely with franchise partners and internal teams to execute brand campaigns effectively.
Ensure all franchise and external marketing materials strictly follow brand guidelines and aesthetics.

Offline Marketing & Promotional Activities

Suggest and execute creative offline sales ideas for walk-in customers and local market promotions.
Coordinate showroom branding, visual merchandising concepts, and promotional displays.
Support event marketing, society activities, exhibitions, and customer relationship initiatives.
Work closely with sales teams and franchise stores to improve showroom conversions and customer experience.
Assist in local area branding and customer acquisition activities.

Required Skills & Competencies

Ability to take initiative, independently manage responsibilities, and ensure timely completion of work with accountability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Good knowledge of Digital Marketing, Branding, Social Media Marketing, and Customer Engagement.
Multi-tasking and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
Strong stakeholder management skills to confidently coordinate with franchise partners, vendors, and store managers.
Creative thinking with innovative sales and promotional ideas.
Brand custodianship mindset with strong attention to design, copy, and luxury brand presentation.
Strategic communication skills to present marketing ideas effectively to management and franchise owners.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketing tools will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile

Professionally presentable personality with confidence and enthusiasm.
Dynamic, creative, and result-oriented mindset.
Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
Passion for luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, and premium branding.
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
Previous experience in branded jewellery retail, luxury retail, or franchise marketing will be an added advantage.

Qualification

Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Fashion Communication, or related field preferred.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates from Jewellery, Luxury Retail, Fashion, Lifestyle, Retail Marketing, Franchise Marketing, or Premium Brand industries will be preferred.
