It focuses on finding a designer who can breathe life into static brand systems, creating sophisticated, fluid movement across web, digital layouts, and interactive experiences.

Job Summary

We are looking for an exceptional, rhythm-driven Senior Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative studio. In this role, you will bridge the gap between static graphic design and dynamic digital experiences.

You will be responsible for defining how our brands move. From sleek, micro-interactions and smooth web UI transitions to cinematic brand videos, title sequences, and social campaigns, your animations will elevate our design systems into living, breathing assets. If you have an obsession with timing, fluid eases, clean typography, and a minimalist luxury aesthetic, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities1. Motion Strategy & Brand Choreography

Establish and document cohesive motion guidelines and behaviors for new and existing brand identities (e.g., logo resolves, kinetic typography, transition logic).
Concept, storyboard, and animate high-end brand assets that align perfectly with the client’s strategic positioning.
Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and elegant cinematic storytelling sequences.

2. Digital, Web & Interactive UI Collaboration

Partner with UI/UX and Front-End Development teams to design smooth micro-interactions, custom UI animations, and seamless web page transitions.
Provide creative motion concepts, asset exports, and behavioral logic to developers working with modern web animation libraries (such as GSAP/GreenSock, CSS, Lottie, or WebGL).
Ensure all digital motion assets are optimized for fast web performance without sacrificing visual fidelity.

3. Video Production & Content Creation

Edit and animate high-fidelity case study videos, promotional campaigns, and showreels that highlight the studio’s design work.
Create kinetic typography layouts, lower thirds, and overlays for diverse multimedia outputs.
Handle basic sound design, audio syncing, and mixing to ensure the audio track perfectly complements the visual rhythm.

4. Technical Quality & Workflow Management

Build reusable, highly organized project templates and motion asset toolkits for the wider creative team.
Manage timelines for multiple animation tracks, ensuring project milestones are met from initial storyboard to final render.
Stay on the cutting edge of industry tools, plugins, and web animation trends to consistently push the studio’s capabilities.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent proven experience).
Experience: 3–5+ years of professional motion design experience, ideally within a design studio, branding agency, or production house.
Portfolio/Reel: A stellar motion design reel demonstrating a masterful grasp of timing, weight, and interpolation. Portfolio should show sophisticated typographic layouts, sleek UI/UX motion concepts, and clean, high-contrast aesthetics.
Technical Skill Mastery:
Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premier Pro.
Master level control of After Effects plugins and scripts (e.g., Duik, Joysticks 'n Sliders, or advanced easing tools).
Strong working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop for prepping assets.
Solid understanding of vector asset optimization and exporting for the web (Lottie/Bodymovin, SVGs).
Bonus: Familiarity with Cinema 4D, Blender, or 3D rendering workflows (textures, lighting, and camera tracking).

Soft Skills & Core Competencies

Obsession with Micro-Details: You notice when an ease is slightly off, a frame is misaligned, or a transition jerks. Pixel-perfection is your baseline.
An Eye for Sophisticated Layouts: You don’t just rely on flashiness; you understand how whitespace, grids, and minimalist design work in harmony with motion.
Development-Minded: An understanding of how web animations translate to code, allowing you to hand off assets to developers efficiently and realistically.
Articulate Communicator: Ability to present style frames, animatics, and final sequences to teammates and clients, clearly explaining the "why" behind the movement.
