About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, IT services, software solutions, and product selling.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete business development and sales lifecycle, starting from identifying and approaching potential clients to understanding their requirements, presenting solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating commercials, closing deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
The candidate must have strong consultative selling, communication, negotiation, objection-handling, relationship-building, and closing skills, along with the ability to independently manage a sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Market Research
- Identify and research potential B2B clients, companies, startups, SMEs, enterprises, and decision-makers.

- Independently initiate the first communication with prospective clients.

- Effectively communicate the company's products, services, technology capabilities, and business value proposition.
- Convert cold prospects into qualified business opportunities.
3. Requirement Discovery & Consultative Selling
- Conduct professional discovery calls and client meetings.

Responsible for selling both IT Products and Services, including but not limited to:

Candidate should be capable of understanding technical offerings at a business and solution level and explaining them clearly to non-technical decision-makers.
5. Client Presentation & Demonstration
- Conduct professional online and offline client meetings.
- Prepare and deliver:

- Customize presentations according to the client's industry and requirements.
- Work closely with technical/UI/marketing teams when technical inputs are required.
6. Proposal & Commercial Management
- Prepare professional quotations, proposals, SOWs and commercial offers.
- Define project scope in coordination with internal teams.
- Explain pricing, deliverables, timelines, milestones and payment terms.
- Ensure proposals clearly communicate business value and ROI, rather than competing only on price.
7. Negotiation & Objection Handling
- Handle client objections related to:
- Pricing
- Quality

- Conduct strategic commercial negotiations while protecting company margins.
- Develop win-win negotiation strategies.
- Effectively handle "too expensive", "send details", "we will think about it", "competitor is cheaper", and "not interested" objections.
8. Deal Closing
- Take complete ownership of opportunities from lead → qualified prospect → proposal → negotiation → closure.
- Identify buying signals and decision-makers.
- Develop and execute closing strategies.
- Follow up systematically without damaging the client relationship.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain a healthy conversion ratio and sales velocity.
9. Client Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Maintain regular communication throughout the sales and post-sales cycle.
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to project/account management teams.
- Identify opportunities for:
- Upselling

- Repeat business
- Retainer contracts
- Generate referrals and strategic business relationships.
10. CRM & Sales Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of all leads, prospects, meetings, proposals and deals in the CRM.

Minimum Qualification & Experience

- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Experience in selling technology products/services will be highly preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
