About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive – B2B who will be responsible for developing new business, generating leads, promoting our range of eco-friendly and biodegradable products, and building long-term relationships with B2B customers.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in field sales and customer acquisition, preferably in eco-friendly products, packaging, FMCG, food-service disposables, paper products, biodegradable products, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new B2B customers through field visits, cold calling, references, networking and lead generation.

Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into regular customers.

Visit and develop business with restaurants, hotels, caterers, cloud kitchens, food-service companies, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, institutions, corporate buyers and other bulk consumers.

Promote and demonstrate the company's eco-friendly / biodegradable tableware and related products.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products, sizes, packaging and quantities.

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved guidelines.

Follow up on enquiries, samples, quotations and pending orders to achieve sales conversion.

Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and customer database.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, revenue and new-customer acquisition targets.

Build long-term relationships with customers and identify opportunities for repeat and larger-volume orders.

Conduct regular market visits to understand competitor pricing, products, customer preferences and market trends.

Support brand promotion through customer meetings, product demonstrations, exhibitions, trade events and local marketing activities.

Coordinate with production, dispatch and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.

Collect market feedback regarding product quality, pricing, packaging and new product requirements.

Maintain regular sales reports covering leads, visits, enquiries, quotations, conversions and sales achieved.

Explore opportunities for developing distributor/dealer networks in assigned territories.

Ensure timely collection/follow-up of outstanding payments wherever required.

Target Customer Segments

The candidate will primarily target:

Hotels, restaurants & cafés (HoReCa)

Caterers and wedding/event companies

Cloud kitchens and food-service businesses

Sweet shops, bakeries and food manufacturers

Distributors and wholesalers

Corporate/institutional buyers

Retail chains and supermarkets

Temples, religious institutions and community organizations

Eco-conscious businesses and bulk consumers

Required Experience & Skills

Mandatory:

3–5 years of experience in B2B sales / field sales.

Proven experience in lead generation and new customer acquisition.

Willingness to undertake extensive field visits.

Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Ability to independently manage a sales territory and customer pipeline.

Target-oriented and comfortable working with monthly sales targets.

Good understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage but not mandatory.

Candidates with strong relevant B2B field-sales experience may be preferred over purely academic qualifications.

What We Are Looking For :- We are looking for someone who is hands-on, energetic and commercially driven, rather than someone whose experience is limited to inside sales or order processing. The candidate should be comfortable spending significant time in the market, meeting customers, generating opportunities and converting them into business.

Experience in selling eco-friendly, disposable, packaging or food-service products will be strongly preferred.

Compensation : - Salary: ₹3.0–5.0 LPA, depending on experience and relevant industry exposure

Incentives :- Performance-based incentives linked to sales achievement and new customer acquisition

Travel :- Local/territory travel allowance as per company policy.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (Bhopal)
