Role Overview

As Demand Generation Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.

This is a hands-on role. You will be responsible for building and running campaigns across paid media, email, events, webinars, ABM, and marketing automation platforms. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and SDR teams to drive pipeline growth.

Demand Generation

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and revenue opportunities.
Build and manage multi-touch nurture programs across email, webinars, events, content, LinkedIn, and outbound channels.
Create campaign strategies aligned with business priorities, product launches, industry trends, and target personas.
Partner closely with Sales and SDR teams to improve meeting generation and pipeline creation.
Continuously test, optimize, and improve campaign performance across channels.

ABM

Build and execute ABM programs targeting strategic accounts.
Develop persona-specific engagement strategies.
Coordinate personalized campaigns across email, LinkedIn, events, webinars, and content.
Partner with Sales to prioritize target accounts and buying committees.
Drive engagement, meetings, and pipeline within named accounts.

Paid Media & Acquisition

Own end-to-end execution of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting, and account-based advertising campaigns.
Build audiences, launch campaigns, manage budgets, and optimize performance.
Develop and test messaging, creatives, landing pages, and conversion paths.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize toward meetings, opportunities, and pipeline rather than lead volume.
Measure paid campaign contribution to pipeline and revenue.

Events & Executive Engagement

Own pre-event, at-event, and post-event marketing programs.
Coordinate attendee targeting, outreach campaigns, and meeting generation efforts.
Develop and execute event follow-up and pipeline acceleration campaigns.
Support webinars, executive roundtables, industry conferences, and virtual events.
Measure and optimize event-driven pipeline contribution and ROI.

Marketing Automation & Operations

Build and maintain workflows, email nurtures, landing pages, forms, lead scoring, and campaign tracking.
Ensure proper campaign attribution and reporting.
Create dashboards and reports to measure marketing performance and pipeline contribution.
Improve marketing processes and operational efficiency through automation.

AI-Driven Marketing

Leverage AI tools and workflows to improve marketing productivity, campaign execution, personalization, and reporting.
Use AI to accelerate campaign creation, account research, email personalization, content repurposing, and performance analysis.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing processes and workflows.
Stay current with evolving AI capabilities and apply them to improve marketing effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

4-8 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or account-based marketing.
Proven track record of generating pipeline for enterprise software, SaaS, AI, cloud, data, or technology companies.
Hands-on experience running LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Strong experience with HubSpot and marketing automation.
Demonstrated experience using AI tools and workflows to improve marketing execution, productivity, research, personalization, or campaign performance.
Strong understanding of account-based marketing principles and execution.
Experience running multi-channel campaigns across email, webinars, events, LinkedIn, and outbound programs.
Experience partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, and SDR teams.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

You understand that demand generation is not about generating leads, but about creating meaningful engagement and pipeline within target accounts.

You are comfortable switching between strategy and execution, whether that means planning an ABM campaign, launching a LinkedIn ad program, building a HubSpot workflow, analyzing performance data, or preparing an event follow-up sequence.

You are highly data-driven, naturally curious, and actively use AI to improve productivity and marketing outcomes.
