Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support business growth through client acquisition, brand promotion, digital marketing, proposal coordination, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will work closely with the management team to generate leads, coordinate marketing campaigns, maintain client communications, and contribute to expanding LGTLUX's market presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, architecture, engineering, and real estate sectors.
Generate qualified leads through networking, online research, referrals, and industry platforms.
Coordinate meetings and presentations with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and project owners.
Prepare quotations, capability statements, proposals, and service presentations.
Maintain CRM records and track the sales pipeline.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients to build long-term business relationships.
Assist in preparing tender and prequalification documents.

Marketing

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and other professional platforms.
Coordinate website updates, blogs, case studies, newsletters, and project showcases.
Create marketing materials including brochures, presentations, company profiles, and promotional content.
Manage social media accounts and monitor engagement.
Coordinate participation in industry exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and networking events.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.

Client Coordination

Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries.
Coordinate with engineering teams to gather technical information required for proposals and marketing material.
Maintain client databases and ensure timely communication.
Support project handover documentation and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Reporting

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Track marketing campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
Monitor lead conversion rates and recommend improvement strategies.
Maintain records of business development activities and marketing performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
Entry-level position – recent graduates and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Experience in the engineering, construction, architecture, or consulting industry is preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong communication and marketing skills may also be considered.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to prepare professional proposals and presentations.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with LinkedIn marketing and lead generation.
Knowledge of SEO and website content management.
Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Understanding of engineering consultancy services and project-based sales.
