About dAIrector.studio

dAIrector is a global SaaS platform that brings professional video production to teams that are not video companies — creative agencies, marketing teams, animation studios, and media businesses. Our 6-stage AI pipeline covers briefing, scripting, storyboarding, asset generation, production, and review. We are not a tool that generates clips; we are a complete production operating system.

We are early-stage and moving fast. The partner channel is one of three go-to-market bets, and this role builds it from scratch in India — with Singapore and the Middle East as the near-term expansion targets. This is a founder-adjacent, high-ownership position.

The Role — What You Are Actually Here to Do

You own the partner channel end-to-end. That means two things simultaneously: hunting and managing. We are not splitting this into two people yet. We want someone experienced enough to do both — and senior enough to know which mode to be in on any given week.

Hunt (50%)

· Identify, approach, and sign IT/tech and media-tech consultants/ Resellers as dAIrector resellers or co-sell partners across India — with expansion to Singapore and UAE as the pipeline matures.

· Build and own the partner pipeline from scratch: target list → outreach → qualification → agreement → first deal.

· Develop the partner recruitment playbook — messaging, pitch deck, onboarding kit, commission structure conversations.

· Represent dAIrector at industry events, communities, and forums where potential partners are active.

Manage (50%)

· Onboard new partners: product training, co-sell enablement, deal support through the first two closed clients.

· Run quarterly business reviews with active partners — pipeline health, blockers, growth opportunities.

· Build co-sell materials, battlecards, and objection-handling guides that make partners self-sufficient on day-to-day deals.

· Track partner performance: deal registrations, conversion rates, MRR contribution, and top-up adoption per account.

Spot partner health issues early and intervene before they become churned partnerships.

How Success Is Measured

· M3 — First 5 signed partner agreements in place.

· M6 — 20+ active partners with at least 5 Partner closing deals.

· M9 — 30+ active partners; partner channel contributing 20%+ of total new MRR.

· M12 — Partner-sourced MRR on track for FY27 target. Partner NPS consistently above 8.

What We Need

Must-Have

· 10+ years in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or media-tech — with a significant portion in channel or partner sales.

· You have personally recruited and activated partners — not just managed.

· Track record of building a channel or partner programme from scratch, with measurable revenue outcomes.

· Experience selling a product that required market education — where the buyer did not fully understand the category yet.

· Comfortable operating at two levels simultaneously: executive conversations with agency heads and studio owners, and ground-level enablement with their teams.

· Strong written communication — you can write a partner pitch that does not read like a brochure.

· Deep India market knowledge — you know who the players are, where they gather, and how to earn their trust.

Good to Have

· Existing relationships in the production, agency, or media-tech ecosystem in India.

· Experience with Singapore, UAE, or Southeast Asia markets.

· Familiarity with SaaS partner models: deal registration, MDF, tiered margins, co-sell motions.

· Previous experience at an early-stage company — you are comfortable with ambiguity and building without a full playbook.
