Full job description

THE ROLE

As our first Sales Lead, you will be the face of TimePe in the field. You aren't just closing deals — you are building the sales foundation of the company from scratch. You will spend your time at clinics, identifying the right doctors, pitching TimePe's vision, and converting them into long-term partners who champion the app for their patients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Doctor Outreach & Acquisition: Identify, approach, and pitch TimePe to doctors and clinic owners — from cold walk-ins to warm referrals.

Clinic Onboarding & Setup: Visit newly signed partner clinics to set up TimePe systems and ensure the staff and the doctor are trained and ready.

Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for doctors and clinic staff, addressing their concerns in real-time and ensuring they stay active users.

Patient Success: Guide patients through the TimePe process on-site, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience that reinforces the doctor's confidence in the app.

Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured sales pipeline — track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and churn with discipline.

Feedback Loop: Collect raw data and qualitative feedback from the ground to help our product team improve the app.

Troubleshooting: Solve unexpected day-zero problems on-site — whether it's a technical glitch or a workflow bottleneck.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Hustle: You don't wait for instructions; you see an opportunity and chase it. Rejection doesn't slow you down.

Sales Instinct: You know how to read a room, handle objections, and close — whether it's a 5-minute corridor pitch or a formal sit-down.

Communication: You can talk to a busy doctor with professional poise and guide a frustrated patient with empathy.

Mobility: You are comfortable being on the field for most of the day. (Owning a two-wheeler is mandatory).

Language: Proficiency in English and Hindi (proficiency in a local regional language is a strong plus).

Resilience: Startups are hard. You should be someone who stays calm when things don't go as planned and adapts fast.

Tech Savviness: Comfortable using CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar platforms to log activities, manage leads, and track your pipeline.

Experience: 2-5 years in B2B2C sales, medical reps, or field sales roles preferred. Fresh graduates with demonstrable hustle will be considered.
