About the Role

We need someone who picks up the phone.

Not someone who sends emails and waits. Not someone who “prefers written communication.” Someone who dials, gets past gatekeepers, books the meeting, and does it again tomorrow.

This is a B2B cold calling and outreach role at a brand content and production company. You will be the first voice a potential client hears from Kathputlee. Your job is to open doors — qualified doors — so our strategy team can walk through them.

About Kathputlee Arts & Films

We make performance video ads, UGC creator content, brand films, and branded content for companies that want their content to drive real business outcomes. Our clients are D2C brands, FMCG companies, funded startups, and mid-size businesses. We are lean, senior, and fast-moving.

What You Will Do

Make high-volume outbound calls to brand marketing teams, founder offices, and decision-makers
Build and work through target account lists across D2C, FMCG, and startup categories
Handle objections on call — live, in the moment, without a script to hide behind
Book discovery calls for the senior BD team and creative strategists
Run LinkedIn outreach in parallel — DMs, connection requests, follow-up sequences
Qualify prospects before passing them forward: right budget, right intent, right timing
Log every call, every response, every follow-up in CRM — no exceptions
Follow up relentlessly — calls, messages, LinkedIn, email — across a multi-touch sequence
Feed market intelligence back to the team: what objections are coming up, what’s landing, what isn’t

Who We Are Looking For

The non-negotiables:

You have made outbound calls before — cold or warm — in any context (agency, EdTech, media sales, insurance, real estate, any B2B or B2C sales role)
You are not afraid of rejection. You treat a “not now” as a reason to schedule the next touchpoint, not a reason to move on
You can hold a real conversation — not read off a pitch — and adjust live based on what the person says
You handle your own follow-up. You do not wait to be reminded

Strong signals we look for:

Experience calling into marketing teams, brand managers, or founder offices
Familiarity with content marketing, digital advertising, or agency services
CRM experience — HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or anything structured
Consistent monthly call volumes you can speak to (even if from a previous role)

We will consider 3–5 years experience.

What This Is Not

Not a lead generation research role — you are calling, not just finding
Not a support or coordination role
Not a role where you set 2 meetings a week and call it done
