Position Overview
Reporting to the VP, Total Rewards and HR Operations, the HR Operations Manager will lead and manage the team who delivers and provides continuous improvement of the HR operations across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, scalable, and high-quality HR service delivery while driving process optimization, data integrity, and a consistent employee experience. You will serve as a trusted partner to HR and business leaders, overseeing core HR processes, systems, and service delivery models. This role requires strong people and process leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to translate business and HR needs into effective workflows and solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a team of HR Operations Representatives, ensuring high performance and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Set clear performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Lead other Coordinator/Administrative employees that are based in the Bangalore office for local leadership and collaborate with global leaders on the performance of those employees.

Drive operational excellence in a fast-paced HR environment, balancing responsiveness with quality and consistency. Serve as the primary point of escalation for employees and managers seeking HR assistance. Ensure timely and consistent resolution of complex HR inquiries while maintaining high service standards.

Oversee the management and governance of employee data within HR systems. Ensure efficient execution of HR transactions, including workforce data changes, benefits administration, payroll inquiries, and time-off requests, through standardized processes. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with employee records in accordance with company policies, payroll operational timelines, regulatory requirements and data privacy regulations.
- Generate HR reports and metrics to support HR and business leadership, providing insights on trends and areas for improvement. Establish and monitor KPIs and service metrics to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement. Owns the ongoing management and monthly delivery of the global HR dashboard to executive leadership, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

Guide employees and managers to additional resources and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and systems. Partner with HR teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices

Own and oversee data quality controls with the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies and regulatory requirements. This includes identifying errors in work that have been submitted by others for entry into the HRIS and independently correcting those errors when appropriate. Establish audit and governance processes to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Support other HR projects and/or initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
Education

High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience
-
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Human Resources, payroll, accounting, customer service, or related field required. Leadership experience in HR service delivery or operations environment required.

Minimum of 2 years as a people leader, driving and supporting performance through a team. Selecting, supporting, developing teams is critical.
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.

Demonstrated strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees, HR, and management at all levels of the organization, including with global counterparts in all areas of the world

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office applications.

Demonstrated dedication to excellence in customer service and support.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively.
