We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of insurance processes and hands-on experience with applications related to Guidewire /Duck Creek/ any other P&C insurance product on any policy product and would have worked on UI, UW rules, Forms, Rating, and product model to meet our customers’ business needs and application requirements.

Responsibilities

Following are the day-to-day work activities:

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for Guidewire implementations with good understanding on Personal or Commercial line of business.
Has thorough understanding of ISO/NCCI/Bureau and Commercial products.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate configuration and integration.
Has to provide pre-construction walkthrough to development and QA teams.
Conduct gap analysis between current processes and Guidewire capabilities.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate system functionality against requirements.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Maintain documentation for workflows, rules, and integration points.
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and organizational standards.
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Will own BA deliverables

Requirements

Candidates are required to have these mandatory skills to get the eligibility of their profile assessed. The must have requirements are:

3+years of experience as Business Analyst and 2+ years of experience on P&C insurance application such as Guidewire /Duck Creek/Claims

Experience in insurance domain (Property & Casualty preferred).
Has worked on at least 3 of the following areas during policy admin system implementation – UI, UW issues, Rating, Forms, Product Model.
Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
Experience with API integrations and third-party systems.
Exposure to rating engines, underwriting workflows, and claims processes.
Leverage Generative AI to automate creation of requirement documents and user stories, generating test scenarios and synthetic data for UAT.
Summarize complex workflows and produce AI-driven insights for process optimization.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have:

AINS certification or any other equivalent certification
