Full job description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Technical Consultant / Oracle Tech Lead with strong expertise in Oracle ERP (EBS/R12) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). You will lead end-to-end technical design, development, and support for Oracle ERP modules and integrations, working closely with functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

This is a remote role for a technically strong Oracle professional with hands-on experience in OIC integrations, SQL/PLSQL, and RICEW development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical design and delivery in Oracle EBS and OIC environments
Provide day-to-day technical support for ERP operations from an Oracle technical perspective
Design and develop RICEW components: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows
Build and manage OIC integrations, connections, adapters (ERP, REST, SOAP, FTP, etc.)
Work on event-driven and real-time integrations
Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Provide hands-on development and support for Oracle ERP modules and OIC-to-ERP integrations
Gather and document business requirements for IT incidents and change requests
Document technical specifications, integration designs, and software packages
Manage on-time delivery of changes and ensure customer satisfaction
Perform analysis, design, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support using Oracle lifecycle methodologies (AIMS/OUM)
Troubleshoot process issues (functional/technical) and liaise with Oracle support when required
Ensure cost-effective use of Oracle service subscriptions and development tools
Optimize processing costs while maintaining Oracle performance and security
Maintain data quality, integrity, and follow Oracle coding standards

Required Qualifications

Education:

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Desired: Master’s degree or relevant professional certification

Experience & Skills:

8+ years of experience on Oracle Applications and OIC integrations
Expert in Oracle ERP R12.x, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Oracle E-Business Suite support
Strong experience building, unit testing, and migrating integrations in OIC using REST/SOAP services
Strong SQL/PLSQL programming:
Procedures, APIs, Packages, Functions, Triggers, Views, Collections, Nested Tables, Arrays, Records, Sequences, Constraints
Hands-on development of packages and functions using SQL/PLSQL and exposing them as REST APIs
Strong knowledge of Oracle development tools, E-Business suite functionality, system administration, database structures, and multi-org architecture
Expert in RICEW components, Oracle Interface Tables (Financials & Procurement)
Experience with Oracle Workflows, Personalizations, Oracle Alerts
Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Ability to research, learn, troubleshoot, and support complex system customizations
Ability to multi-task and prioritize across concurrent workloads
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and manage multiple project timelines
Excellent teamwork and collaboration

Desired Experience (Nice-to-Have)

Knowledge of Oracle Financials and Procurement functional modules
Expertise in customizing and developing Oracle Forms and Reports
Experience with Web ADI, OA Framework, and customization/personalization of JSP pages, APEX
Familiarity with BI Publisher, OTBI, and reporting tools
Certifications in Oracle ERP Cloud / OIC
