Full job description

Location: Remote
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Graphic Designing, Video Editing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, International Advertising Campaigns, Website Management (WordPress), Lead Generation, and Social Media Marketing. This is a full-time remote position for someone who can independently manage multiple marketing activities and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, update, and optimize the company website using WordPress.
Design engaging graphics, banners, brochures, social media creatives, and marketing materials using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Create and edit promotional videos, reels, shorts, and marketing content for social media platforms.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
Manage social media platforms, content calendars, and audience engagement.
Run, monitor, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
Run and manage Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
Manage International Ads campaigns targeting overseas markets.
Generate quality leads through paid and organic marketing channels.
Implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and visibility.
Monitor website performance and ensure content remains updated.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing and business objectives.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Proven experience in Graphic Designing and Video Editing.
Hands-on experience with WordPress website management.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and International Advertising campaigns.
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar design and video editing tools.
Understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and lead generation strategies.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace.
Should have growth and learning mindset
Smart and Capable of working in Fast pace environment
Willing to work long term and capable of handling multiple challenges
Have experimental mindset
Efficient in using AI tools
Have proven experience in SEO, social media marketing, and lead generation strategies.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with international clients and markets.
Must have 3+ years of experience.
Capable of working in team
Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation tools.
Previous experience in education, training, or Edtech platforms is an added advantage.
