Title : Senior Google Ads Performance Manager (Lead Generation | Remote)
Full-Time | Permanent | Work From Home
Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (Monday–Friday)
Salary: Up to ₹10.5 LPA (Based on expertise & proven performance)

About the Role

Black Rock Digital Marketing Agency is hiring a Senior Google Ads–Focused Paid Media Performance Manager with strong lead generation expertise.

This role is primarily focused on Google Ads performance and lead acquisition. Candidates whose core strength is social media ads without strong Google Ads expertise will not be considered.

You will manage multiple high-budget accounts, drive measurable performance improvements, reduce CPA/CPL, and scale ROI across international client campaigns.

This is a long-term permanent opportunity for a performance-driven, accountable professional who thrives in a results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max) across 20+ client accounts
Drive lead generation growth while maintaining cost efficiency and strong ROAS
Manage monthly budgets ranging from $10,000–$15,000+
Develop account strategies aligned with client goals and revenue targets
Conduct advanced keyword research and intent-based targeting
Improve conversion rates through ad copy testing, landing page optimization, and funnel analysis
Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Quality Score and provide strategic recommendations
Implement and audit GA4, GTM, call tracking, CRM integrations, and lead attribution models
Identify account expansion and scaling opportunities
Present insights and performance reports to leadership

Must-Have (Non-Negotiable Requirements)

8+ years of hands-on Google Ads campaign management (agency experience preferred)
Proven track record of reducing CPA/CPL and improving ROAS
Experience managing medium to high ad budgets ($10K+ monthly)
Strong expertise in campaign structuring, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and A/B testing
Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking & pixel implementation
Must have directly managed campaigns inside Google Ads Manager
Experience working with international clients (US/Canada/UK/Australia)
Excellent English communication skills
Stable career history (Frequent job switchers will not be considered)
