The ideal candidate will serve as a technical subject matter expert, partnering with HR and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, ensure data integrity, and drive process automation.</p><p>This position will be based out of our Bengaluru office and onsite 5 days a week.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><b>Integration Support & Development</b><ul><li>Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs).</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with business rules.</li><li>Monitor integration performance and provide ongoing support for production and non-production environments.</li></ul></li><li><b>Workato (iPaaS Automation)</b><ul><li>Design and implement workflows in Workato to automate business processes across HR, Finance, and other enterprise systems.</li><li>Maintain and optimize existing Workato recipes to ensure efficiency and scalability.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to identify new automation opportunities.</li></ul></li><li><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration</b><ul><li>Work closely with HRS, business stakeholders and vendors to understand integration and automation needs.</li><li>Provide technical expertise during enhancements and projects.</li><li>Document processes, integration flows, and technical specifications for ongoing knowledge sharing.</li></ul></li><li><b>Governance & Continuous Improvement</b><ul><li>Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and audit requirements.</li><li>Proactively recommend process improvements and emerging technology solutions.</li><li>Act as a mentor/resource for junior analysts and peers.</li></ul></li></ul><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><b>Education:</b> Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li></ul><p><b>Experience:</b></p><ul><li>4–6+ years supporting <b>Workday Integrations</b> (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Web Services).</li><li>1-2 years of experience with <b>Workday Extend</b> application development is preferred, not required.</li><li>2+ years designing and managing <b>Workato</b> automations or similar iPaaS tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance business processes.</li><li>Proficiency in XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, and other integration technologies.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li></ul><p><b>Skills & Competencies</b></p><ul><li>Teamwork - demonstrated ability to work effectively with peers, embrace differences and build consensus, while working towards aligned goals and common objectives</li><li>Communication – highly developed presentation skills both written and oral, with a proven ability to take complex data and clearly express it in a compelling manner</li><li>Process Orientation - Learn about peers’ processes and directives and incorporate into reporting administration function as appropriate</li><li>Initiative – self-starter with an action bias and an eagerness to learn, who can work with little direction and take initiative beyond the established scope of responsibilities</li><li>Critical Thinking - Utilizes problem-solving skills, analysis, sound judgement and evidence to support well-considered recommendations to resolve issues</li><li>Operational Excellence – outstanding time-management, strong attention to detail, dedication to accuracy and high degree of pride in work output</li><li>Adaptability - Skillfully and promptly exhibit flexibility by leveraging available resources to modify work to changing scenarios as required</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><span>Brookfield is committed to maintaining a Positive Work Environment that is safe and respectful; our shared success depends on it.
