Research Lead – Equity & Derivatives

Compensation: ₹3,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum (CTC), based on experience and qualifications

About MySamriddhi

MySamriddhi is a systematic, multi-strategy wealth compounding engine — built on an integrated architecture where options alpha, equity accumulation, and margin recycling work as one closed loop, entirely within the client's own demat account. We are SEBI Research Analyst registered and exchange empanelled, and we're building a research function that matches the rigour of our systematic architecture.

We're looking for a Research Lead to join our team in Pune and help build out unbiased, institutional-grade research across equity and derivatives — for both internal strategy and external client communication.

Role Overview

As Research Lead – Equity & Derivatives, you will be responsible for producing high-quality fundamental and technical research, translating market data into clear and actionable insights, and ensuring every recommendation we put out is compliant, well-reasoned, and rule-based. This is a hands-on research role with direct mentorship from senior strategists and real exposure to both cash and F&O markets.

Key Responsibilities

Report Generation: Prepare unbiased, institutional-grade fundamental and technical research reports — including stock deep-dives, sector updates, and derivative strategies.
Technical Analysis: Monitor market trends, chart patterns, and volume data using technical indicators to identify entry, exit, and stop-loss levels for derivative and equity trades.
Fundamental Analysis: Evaluate company financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows), corporate governance, and economic indicators to determine intrinsic valuation.
Client & Public Advisory: Translate complex market data into clear, actionable, systematic investment insights for retail clients, HNIs, and subscriber networks.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 — ensuring every public recommendation carries the proper disclosures and disclaimers.

Mandatory Qualifications

Certification: Must hold a valid and verified NISM Series XV (Research Analyst) Certification.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field. MBA / CFA / CA candidates preferred.
Skills:
Strong command of Excel and financial modelling
Familiarity with charting tools (TradingView, MetaTrader, Bloomberg, or similar) and AI coding tools - Antigravity, Claude
Excellent written communication and data-presentation skills
