As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you'll do
As a Consultant on the Cyber Strategy & Transformation team, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with business stakeholders, solution engineers, team members, and leadership to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Designing, developing, and enhancing product functionality across front-end and back-end technologies based on user and business needs.
- Analyzing technical issues, identifying problem drivers, and recommending solutions using established methods, tools, and judgment.
- Building, testing, and validating secure, reusable code across modern architectures, including microservices and serverless environments.
- Supporting client delivery by troubleshooting software issues, contributing to continuous improvement of methods and tools, and helping achieve engagement objectives.
The team
Cyber Strategy & Transformation teams develop and transform cyber programs in line with a client's strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite. They keep the enterprise a step ahead of the evolving threat landscape and give stakeholders confidence in the organization's cyber posture. Services include the design of cyber organization, governance, and risk assessments. Services also encompass Cybersecurity Assessments and Frameworks, Cyber Transformation Management, Technology Software and Asset Compliance Management, Third Party Risk Management, Cyber Risk and Compliance, Solution Design and Implementation, and Cyber Risk Analytics and Quantification Reporting.

Qualifications
Required:
- 3-6 years of experience in full-stack development.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, React JS, JSP, Next.js, Bootstrap, jQuery, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with back-end development using Node.js, Python frameworks such as Django or Flask, or Java with Spring.
- Experience with build, source control, and testing tools including Maven or Gradle, Git or SVN, Azure DevOps, JUnit, and Mockito.
- Experience with databases and platforms such as SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, DynamoDB, Neo4j, Memgraph, OpenSearch, or Elasticsearch.
- Experience developing secure, reusable code and working with microservices, serverless architectures, and Agile delivery models.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Cloud certification in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with enterprise applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with artificial intelligence or machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with DevOps, DevSecOps, REST application programming interfaces (APIs), GitOps, and Kubernetes customization.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and Agile or Scrum environments.
- Experience contributing to architectural decisions, technical roadmaps, or deployment of data science solutions in cloud environments.
