Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and technology-savvy Accountant & Admin Executive to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, billing activities, and office administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for learning new technologies. The candidate should be highly proficient with computers and open to adopting AI- powered tools and automation solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
- Manage billing, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and vendor reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain GST records and support GST return filings.
- Assist in internal and external audit processes.
- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records accurately.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow records.
- Generate MIS reports, financial reports, and expense summaries.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants and consultants for statutory compliance.
- Handle TDS, Professional Tax (PT), and other statutory compliance activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial record maintenance.
- Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage office administration and documentation processes.
- Maintain employee attendance and office records.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office staff.
- Handle office inventory, utility bills, and operational support activities.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of confidential documents.
- Support HR and management teams with administrative coordination.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Preferred Candidate Profile
- Education
- Bachelor's Degree in B.Com, M.Com, BBA, or related discipline.
- Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Administration.
- Experience handling GST, billing, invoicing, audits, TDS, PT, accountreconciliations, and office administration.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and accounting software.
- Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in computers, MS Office (especially Excel), internet applications, and digital productivity tools.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software platforms and businessapplications.
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools and digital workflows is preferred.
- Basic understanding of AI-powered productivity tools will be an added advantage.
