About Us: Race2Excellence is a leading educational organization dedicated to empowering students for success in government exams and beyond. For the past 19 years, we have impacted the lives of over 3 million individuals through initiatives like Project GEMS, which prepares school students for key government exams, RACE2IAS, a platform dedicated to Civil Service learning, and Testination, a mobile app offering accessible preparation for Civil exams.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Academic Content Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the educational experience of our users by developing, reviewing, and managing high-quality academic content for our learning platform. Your contributions will directly influence the success of our platform and the learning outcomes of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and informative content that aligns with curriculum standards.
Develop lesson plans, quizzes, assignments, and other educational resources tailored to the needs of our learners.
Produce content with the help of AI tools
Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to our target audience.

Content Review:

Review and edit content for clarity, coherence, and grammatical accuracy.
Ensure that content adheres to our style guidelines and meets quality standards.
Provide constructive feedback to content creators to enhance the quality of materials.

Curriculum Management:

Develop and maintain curriculum maps and course outlines to guide content creation.
Ensure all content aligns with learning objectives and addresses the needs of our users.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our curriculum, making necessary adjustments.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all content is error-free and meets our high standards.
Monitor user feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve content quality and relevance.

Technology Integration:

Stay informed about educational technology trends and integrate relevant tools into our content.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure the smooth integration of content into our learning app.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field.
Strong understanding of educational theories, principles, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using educational technology tools.
Experience in curriculum development and implementation.
Knowledge of relevant educational standards and guidelines.
Experience and awareness of AI tools and their application in content development and educational processes.
Preference to candidates appeared for UPSC Civil Service and other government exams
