Content Writer & Manager Intern

ABOUT THE ROLE

DashVec is a data analytics and automation studio. We help businesses simplify reporting, surface insights, and eliminate repetitive manual work — and we document everything publicly to build credibility and attract clients.

We are looking for a Content Writer & Manager Intern to own our content pipeline end-to-end: writing LinkedIn posts, managing the content calendar, and ensuring our voice stays consistent and compelling. Your work will be seen publicly and will directly shape how DashVec is perceived by clients and collaborators.

This is a real writing role — not busy work.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Write and format LinkedIn posts from briefs or raw ideas (captions, spacing, hooks, hashtags)
Manage the content calendar and maintain cadence (minimum 1 post/week, target 2)
Draft short-form content: captions, post copy, and occasional client-facing write-ups
Screenshot and archive all published posts and their assets
Flag posts to the founder before anything goes live
Suggest content ideas based on what's performing and what's relevant in the space

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Strong written English — clear, punchy, no filler
Good instinct for hooks, structure, and what makes a post readable
Familiar with LinkedIn's formatting norms and how the algorithm rewards content
Organized and self-directed — can manage a calendar without being chased
Eye for presentation quality: spacing, tone, consistency
Prior experience writing or managing social content (even personal projects count)

HOW WE WORK

Async-first and documentation-driven. You will collaborate through Slack, join regular and weekly sync meets, and work independently between check-ins. We value clear writing, clean execution, and work that speaks for itself.

Format - Remote, async-first
Commitment - 8–12 hours per week
Duration - 2 months
Tools - Slack, Google Meet, Trello
