About Us

We are Vellaration Technologies Private Limited, an innovative automation company helping businesses eliminate manual bottlenecks and scale their revenue. As we grow our tech and sales operations, we are looking for an organized, articulate, and confident HR Intern to manage our end-to-end talent acquisition, candidate screening, and employee relations.

Job Description

Are you an MBA or BBA student specializing in HR who wants real-world experience running a company’s people operations? Do you possess excellent communication skills and the confidence to handle professional compliance and candidate screening?

We are seeking an HR Generalist Intern who will act as the backbone of our recruitment and team management. In this role, you will not just source resumes—you will manage our entire hiring pipeline on Indeed, conduct initial screening interviews, draft legal contracts, and ensure our active team maintains the highest standards of professional conduct.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment: Post job descriptions on Indeed/LinkedIn, filter applications, and aggressively screen out candidates who lack the right technical skills or professional attitude.

Interview Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate and schedule Google Meet interviews, ensuring correct timezone mapping and calendar syncs to eliminate technical overlap glitches.

Onboarding & Documentation: Draft official Offer Letters and Internship Agreements for selected candidates, and follow up closely to ensure signed copies are returned before deadlines.

Performance & Compliance Tracking: Keep a close eye on intern attendance, responsiveness, and deadlines.

Workplace Discipline: Serve as the point of contact for team accountability. Draft and issue formal warning emails or termination notices if an intern exhibits unprofessional behavior or misses core company meetings.

Qualifications & Required Skills

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA or BBA in Human Resources (HR).

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. You must be able to write clear, firm, and professional corporate emails.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and managing online job portals.

Personality: High emotional intelligence combined with a firm, professional boundary-setting mindset. You must be comfortable addressing unprofessional behavior or enforcing company rules directly.
