We're backed by top-tier VCs and advised by OpenAI alumni. Our team includes AI experts from IITs, Microsoft Research, Samsung Research Korea, Amazon, and beyond.

We're now growing our marketing team and looking for a Marketing Intern who lives and breathes Instagram — someone who doesn't just post, but understands why things work on the platform.

About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Intern who is, first and foremost, a creator.

You're someone who already builds content on Instagram, has grown a real audience, and has an instinct for what makes people stop scrolling, watch, save, and share. You don't guess at the algorithm you've figured it out by doing, testing, and paying attention.

This role is for someone obsessed with how Instagram (and the wider Meta ecosystem) actually works: how reach happens, why some Reels take off, how the algorithm rewards certain formats and behaviors, and how to consistently turn content into growth. You'll bring that hands-on, creator-level understanding into how we market our brand and our clients' content.

Responsibilities

● Create, plan, and publish content (Reels, carousels, stories) optimized for reach, engagement, and retention.

● Apply your understanding of the Instagram and Meta algorithms to maximize organic growth and performance.

● Spot and ride trends, audio, formats, and cultural moments before they peak.

● Test content ideas, read the data, and iterate fast based on what actually works.

● Collaborate with content and editing teams to shape ideas into platform-native posts.

● Track performance metrics (reach, watch time, saves, shares, follows) and turn insights into action.

● Stay on top of platform updates, new features, and shifts in how Instagram and Meta distribute content.

Requirements

● An active Instagram presence with a real, engaged following 5,000+ followers preferred, as evidence that you understand how to grow and hold an audience.

● A strong, demonstrated understanding of how the Instagram and Meta algorithms work reach, distribution, formats, and engagement signals.

● Hands-on experience creating content (Reels, carousels, stories) that performs.

● A sharp instinct for hooks, pacing, trends, and what makes content shareable.

● Comfort reading basic performance data and adjusting your approach accordingly.

● Curiosity, fast learning, and a genuine love for the platform.

● Good communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

● Experience growing an account from scratch (yours or someone else's).

● Familiarity with other platforms (YouTube Shorts, TikTok) and how they differ.

● Basic editing skills for quick, native content.

● An eye for branded content and how to make it not feel like an ad.

● Understanding of internet culture, meme timing, and social storytelling trends. Who You Are
