Full job description

We are building the next generation of AI-powered SaaS products and looking for a passionate engineer to lead our full-stack development and AI integration efforts. Join us and help build the future of intelligent supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the architecture and integration between React frontend and Python backend
Embed and optimize AI/LLM tools, APIs, and data pipelines
Ensure system reliability, scalability, and smooth data flow
Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and set engineering standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions

Technical Requirements:

5+ years of experience with React.js, state management (Redux/Zustand), and modern UI frameworks
5+ years of experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask
Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma), and AI workflows
Proven experience building multi-tenant SaaS products, authentication systems, and billing integrations (Stripe)
Proficiency with AWS/GCP, Docker, CI/CD, and SQL/NoSQL databases
