The Digital Marketing Trainer will be responsible for planning and delivering classroom and practical training covering the complete Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing curriculum.

- Train students to analyze campaign performance and make optimization decisions.

- Conduct mini projects, capstone projects and practical assessments.

- Help students create portfolios and case studies based on their projects.

5. Student Evaluation & Mentoring

- Conduct regular tests, assignments and practical assessments.

- Review student projects and provide constructive feedback.

- Track student performance and learning progress.

- Mentor students on industry expectations and career opportunities.

- Conduct interview preparation and case-study discussions.

- Guide students in building Digital Marketing resumes and portfolios.

- Support students in developing job-ready practical skills.

6. Curriculum & Training Improvement

- Stay updated with changes in Google, Meta, SEO, AI and other marketing platforms.

- Identify new tools, trends and industry practices relevant to the curriculum.

- Suggest improvements to training materials and practical exercises.

- Create examples, assignments and case studies based on current industry scenarios.
