About the Role
Awish Dermacare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant to the Director who can independently manage the Director’s day-to-day schedule, meetings, appointments, travel plans, follow-ups and professional coordination.
The ideal candidate should be smart, proactive, well-organized, trustworthy, presentable and excellent at communication, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and handle last-minute changes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities1. Calendar & Daily Schedule Management
- Manage the Director’s complete daily calendar and schedule.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, appointments and important commitments.
- Maintain an updated schedule of upcoming meetings, events and activities.
- Brief the Director about the day’s schedule and priorities in advance.
- Ensure there are no scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate changes in the schedule as and when required.
2. Meeting Management
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate with clients, employees, vendors, consultants and business associates.
- Send meeting reminders and ensure all necessary information is available before meetings.
- Maintain meeting notes, action points and follow-ups where required.
- Track pending commitments and ensure timely follow-up.
3. Travel Planning & Coordination
- Manage the Director’s complete travel schedule.
- Plan and coordinate domestic travel to locations such as Jaipur, Mathura, Delhi and other cities as required.
- Arrange flights, trains, hotels, cabs and local transportation.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and share all relevant information with the Director.
- Track travel timings, hotel bookings and transportation arrangements.
- Handle last-minute changes and travel-related requirements efficiently.
4. Personal & Professional Coordination
- Coordinate the Director’s professional and personal appointments.
- Manage important reminders and commitments.
- Coordinate with relevant people on behalf of the Director whenever required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal and business information.
- Handle day-to-day coordination and ensure important tasks are not missed.
5. Follow-ups & Task Management
- Maintain a daily list of tasks, commitments and follow-ups.
- Follow up with employees, vendors, clients and other stakeholders.
- Track deadlines and pending activities.
- Remind the Director about important meetings, calls, appointments and commitments.
- Prepare daily and weekly priority schedules.
- Ensure assigned tasks are followed through to completion.
6. Communication & Coordination
- Act as a key point of coordination between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp messages and emails professionally when required.
- Draft basic professional communication on behalf of the Director.
- Ensure important information reaches the Director promptly.
- Maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.
7. Documentation & Organization
- Maintain important documents, schedules, contact details and records.
- Organize meeting documents, travel details and appointment information.
- Maintain digital records and ensure information is easily accessible.
- Prepare basic reports, schedules and presentations when required.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Calendar, Google Sheets and Email.
- Professional knowledge of WhatsApp and other communication platforms.

- Ability to handle urgent and last-minute requirements calmly.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Professional, confident and presentable personality.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion.
Experience Required
- 2–5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary or similar role.
- Previous experience working directly with a Director, Founder, CEO or senior management will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in calendar management, travel coordination, meeting management and executive follow-ups will be given preference.
